Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
1. Your account
2. Price
StageLink is free during the beta. There is nothing to pay and no card to add. Some features have monthly allowances (for example Jimi requests, file storage and maps use), shown in Settings, Usage. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell you at least 30 days before anything changes, explain the price, and you’ll choose whether to subscribe. You’ll never be charged without agreeing to it first.
3. Your content
What you put into StageLink (your contacts, mail, shows, documents, pictures, music links and your artist page) is yours. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run StageLink for you, for example to sync your mail, draw your poster, publish your artist page when you choose to, or answer a request you make to Jimi. You confirm you have the right to everything you upload or publish.
4. Mail sent from your account
Pitches, replies, follow-ups, mail merges and fan announcements are sent from your own mailbox, as you. You are responsible for them: send only to people you have a reason to contact, follow the email and privacy laws that apply to you (such as CAN-SPAM, and consent rules for fan lists), and honour unsubscribe and do-not-contact requests. StageLink includes an unsubscribe link in fan announcements and keeps a do-not-mail list; don’t work around them. We may limit sending to protect your mailbox’s reputation and ours.
5. AI features
Jimi, the AI matcher, pitch writing, contract drafting and document reading use AI and can be wrong or incomplete. Check what they produce before you rely on it, send it or sign it. Jimi asks before it sends or changes anything, and you decide. Nothing in StageLink is legal, tax or financial advice: contract templates and deal math are tools, so have a lawyer or accountant look at anything important.
6. Deals, venues and payments between you and others
StageLink helps you make and manage deals, but it isn’t a party to them. Contracts, invoices, settlements and payments are between you and the venue, promoter or other party. StageLink doesn’t hold or move money between you and them, and isn’t responsible for whether a show happens or a party pays.
7. Your artist page and public content
You choose what appears on your public artist page and are responsible for it. Don’t publish anything that infringes someone else’s rights, is unlawful, or misleads people. We may take down content that breaks these terms.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t use StageLink to:
9. Other services
StageLink connects to services run by others, including Google (sign-in, Gmail, Calendar and Maps). Your use of them is also covered by their own terms. If one of them changes or stops, parts of StageLink that depend on it may change too.
10. The beta
StageLink is in beta. Features will change, some may be added or removed, and there may be bugs or downtime. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. Keep your own copies of anything you can’t afford to lose, such as signed contracts.
11. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Settings, Account, which permanently deletes your workspace. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk; where we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it or to get your data out.
12. Disclaimers and limits
StageLink is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t give warranties beyond those in these terms, and we aren’t liable for lost profits, lost bookings, lost data, or indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim about StageLink is limited to US$100. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as StageLink changes. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using StageLink after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can cancel and delete your account.
